CREFCOA doesn't provide condominium loans for residential properties.

As of March 1, 2022, CREFCOA has temporarily suspended its condo conversion loan program.

CREFCOA's condominium conversion loans provide borrowers with fast flexible financing options. CREFCOA will consider condo conversion loans that exhibit the following characteristics: 1. Strength and experience of sponsor. 2. Capital structure. 3. Entitlements including permitting. 4. Feasibility of project including competitive environment. 5. Pre-Sales and marketing support.
