To qualify for a Hotel loan, the business must support a minimum 1.40-1.50 DSCR and have been operating for a minimum of two years. 85% commercial financing is available for the hotels through the SBA loan program. Stated income Hotel commercial property loans are available with a maximum LTV of 55% under our hard equity loans for hotel property program
